  • Apply a epoxy flake floor system in white and blue.

Preparation

Firstly we had to grind away the existing coating system that was on the floor. We then spent some time grinding areas of the floor to bring the levels down, as it was uneven and would be a problem for the equipment that was to be installed on to the floor.

Epoxy Flake System Flooring

After we had cleaned the floor fully with an industrial vacuum, we applied a polyaspartic fast-drying primer, which we scattered the flake into, fully blinding the floor.

Once cured (after 1.5 hours) we then removed the excess flake and applied a polyaspartic sealer, so that the floor would be ready for use the next day.

Start to finish the job took 8 hours.
