We were asked to pump an industrial floor levelling compound using our three phase pump over 5500m2 as part of a refurbishment of the unit.
All preparation was done by others which meant we just had to turn up and pump. We sectioned off the floor using rubber strips at 15mm, breaking the floor up into five equal ish areas.
Using a team of five men and our 3 phase Duo-mix pump, we pumped the screed over the floor, finishing it with a spiked roller to remove air and leave a smooth finish.
The job took the allotted 5 days to complete.
